* We also offer a Rental Home Warranty to help eliminate additional maintenance costs for an additional monthly fee.

Option Two (for homeowners who prefer to manage the property themselves)
We will:

  • Advertise on our full list of premier websites, then interview potential residents
  • Conduct a credit report, nationwide criminal background history and eviction history. Once we have accepted the resident’s application via our screening process, we will prepare the lease and other documents for you.

Property Management Services

We offer owners exclusive, worry-free management services. Here are just a few examples:

  • Resident Screening: We designed our application process to ensure we find the right resident for you. We will thoroughly screen each resident’s credit, then order a nationwide criminal, employment, rental and nationwide eviction history or mortgage history. Additionally, we verify residency with each applicant’s most recent landlord.
  • Accounting: We handle all the accounting for you, from rent collection to property invoices and detailed monthly statements. We also offer owners the option of direct deposit for their monthly check.
  • Marketing:Wilkinson Property Management will advertise your rental home on more than 100 syndicated websites, plus the Multiple Listing Service.
  • Maintenance: When a maintenance request is received, Wilkinson Property Management will notify the homeowner and schedule the appropriate vendor. We have a list of hand-picked vendors who provide us with quick and outstanding service. We also offer a Rental Home Warranty to help eliminate additional maintenance costs for an additional low monthly fee. How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state-of-the-art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit; however, it will only work once per month.
